Why I Started Royalty Ride
For several years, I had the opportunity to see the non-emergency medical transportation industry up close. What stood out to me wasn’t just the need for transportation—it was how often people who depended on that transportation were being let down.
Through my experience around non-emergency medical transportation, I saw first hand how transportation delays and inconsistent service could affect patients and their families - especially those depending on recurring transportation for dialysis and other important medical appointments
I saw the frustration it caused patients and their families, and I knew there had to be a better way. That’s what led me to create Royalty Ride, LLC.
I wanted to build a transportation company where dependability, communication, dignity and respect weren’t extras—they were the standard.
My years as a business owner have taught me the importance of accountability, professionalism and taking care of the people who trust you. I wanted to bring those same principles into medical transportation.
